VOC Recordkeeping Software Q. Is there a commercially available software program to track voc emissions that is acceptable to EPA in regards to record keeping requirements of the Clean Air Act? A. There is tons of software available for VOC record keeping. It all depends on the degree of sophistication you require. Next week I'll be going to the A&WMA Conference in Orlando and will undoubtedly see many companies offer record keeping software.
