Lowering VOC Emissions

Q. Our paint usage is really getting high and we need to lower our VOCs.  How can we lower the VOCs if we keep using more paint?

A.  When you lower the paint consumption you will lower the overall VOCs that are emitted for the facility.  By performing a detailed evaluation of your painting operation and the equipment that is currently in use, observing the painters in operation we are more able to accurately asses the paint application system from top to bottom.

I am certain we are able to provide the proper training and recommendations that will help reduce the overall paint consumption in your facility.  We will improve the performance of spray painters by teaching painting techniques that will reduce paint usage and help to decrease the overall VOCs.

If you wish, please contact us to further investigate an assessment of your paint application system, or just to provide proper painter training at your facility.  We are able to tailor a program that will specifically meet your requirements.
